I have been trying to connect my LG Smart TV 42LV5500, which has a great picture, using their USB DONGLE. It recognizes the Verizon router and the security code. But when trying to connect to the network it stops at âgateway Address is wrong or not available. The LG support used these numbers for manual connection settings:

This problem occurs with either of our Fire Sticks plugged into the LG TV, as well as with no Fire Sticks. The LG TV is not configured to connect to WiFi at all, it's smart TV features all stopped working over the years so I never bothered adding it to the network when we got a new one. We used to use Optimum/Altice for internet.
